The Police have confirmed the death of a 40-year-old woman, (name withheld) who set herself on fire after her husband divorced her. The incident occurred in Guri Local Government Area of Jigawa State. The state Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, DSP Lawan Shiisu, confirmed the incident in a statement in Dutse, on Friday.
